The private regime

A private school is subject to the Private Sector Act (s. 3.1 for the RPRP):

the RPRP is the highest authority by default, or a written delegate, with published contact details;
PIA for any new system or transfer outside Québec;
incident register and notice in case of risk of serious injury;
penalties: up to $10M or 2 % (administrative).
