Same issues, same reflexes

The issues are identical to those of the public school:

• Parental consent for under-14s, written simply and separately from other documents;
• student records: limited retention, access on a need-to-know basis;
• photos and videos: specific authorization;
• third-party platforms: PIA, server location, contract (limited use, deletion).

The legal framework is the Private Sector Act: the response deadline for access requests is generally 30 days.
