What's the response time?
We respond within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday). For business training requests, allow 2-3 days for a complete proposal.
Is individual training paid?
The 15 modules, quizzes and resources are completely free for individuals. Only business training with personalized support is paid.
Is the certificate officially recognized?
The ObjectifCyber certificate is a training completion certificate. It is not accredited by a government body, but it attests to mastery of cybersecurity fundamentals.
Is the content tailored to Quebec & Canada?
Yes — the examples, legislation (Law 25, PIPEDA) and organizations referenced are Canadian and Quebec-based. The content is built around the reality of small businesses and individuals across Quebec and Canada.
